Returns & Exchanges
As a provider of food products, we adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards. Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was delivered. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear documentation of the issue. Due to the natural and artisanal quality of our food products, slight variations in color and texture are normal and not considered defects.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for dispatch.
